  • Who is the Georgia Vision Network (GVN)

The Georgia Vision Network is a private non-profit organization that has worked with organizations such as Operation Sight, Lighthouse, Prevent Blindness Georgia, and Eye Care America that have formed numerous collaborations to reach as many of those underserved Georgia populations as possible with vision screenings. GVN has been able to make an impact in providing screenings to large numbers of residents through collaborations with community organizations like Putnam Christian Outreach, Inc. As a result of these collaborations, GVN has been able to connect patients directly with available eye care providers through a telehealth database to ensure their vision care follow up needs are met.
